This policy explains EnglishPal’s voluntary refund window, how conversation usage is measured, how to submit a request, what happens after approval, and how mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
The request must reach EnglishPal within 24 hours after the purchase or renewal payment.
Fewer than five conversation messages may be submitted after that payment.
Eligibility is verified against payment and server-side usage records.
Mandatory local consumer rights can provide additional remedies beyond this voluntary policy.
This Refund Policy applies to paid EnglishPal.ai digital services operated by QLian I.O.T US LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company in the United States. It supplements the Terms of Service and does not replace any non-waivable consumer right.
For an eligible payment made directly for an EnglishPal plan, we offer a voluntary refund when we receive the request within 24 hours after the relevant payment and our server records show that fewer than five conversation messages were submitted after that payment. The same test applies to an eligible initial purchase or renewal. Both requirements must be satisfied.
Zero through four are fewer than five. Five or more falls outside the voluntary usage limit, unless applicable law requires another remedy.
Use the email connected to the EnglishPal account when possible. The request time is recorded when our support system receives your message.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request,” or use the EnglishPal support page.
Include the account email, plan, payment date, amount and currency, and the receipt or transaction reference.
We review the payment channel, request timestamp, account, and conversation usage linked to the relevant payment.
We explain the result by email. When approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method.
These rules make the 24-hour and fewer-than-five-message test consistent for initial purchases and renewals.
The period begins at the completed payment timestamp shown in the transaction records. For a renewal request, it begins at the relevant renewal payment, not at the original sign-up date.
A conversation message is a text or voice submission that creates a user turn in the EnglishPal conversation service. The review considers messages submitted after the relevant payment.
Payment and usage records are used to verify eligibility. If you believe a record is clearly incorrect, explain the issue and provide any receipt or screenshot that helps us investigate.
An eligible direct renewal may be reviewed under the same two conditions. Cancel the subscription separately if you also want to prevent future renewal charges.
EnglishPal may use different authorized payment services. The public policy stays general, while the receipt identifies who processed or sold the transaction. EnglishPal is delivered digitally, so there is no physical product to ship or return.
The voluntary 24-hour and fewer-than-five-message rule applies when EnglishPal controls the refund decision for the payment, subject to local law.
A third-party seller, merchant of record, or app store may require the request through its own account portal or support process. EnglishPal can assist with account and usage information where appropriate.
A separate business, education, enterprise, white-label, or negotiated agreement controls when it contains different payment, cancellation, or refund terms.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing terms. It does not automatically reverse a payment already completed.
A refund request asks us to review and potentially reverse a specific payment. Approval may end the paid access and benefits linked to that payment.
Deleting an account or clearing learning data is a privacy action. It does not automatically cancel a third-party subscription or create a refund. Use the billing cancellation route when required.
We send the decision and identify the payment being refunded.
The amount is normally returned through the original payment method.
The provider, card issuer, bank, payment method, and location determine when the credit appears.
An approved voluntary refund is generally issued in full to the original payment method. Other remedies may be full or partial when required by applicable law or appropriate for a service problem.
The 24-hour and fewer-than-five-message rule is an additional commercial policy. It does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for many online service contracts. Digital content and services have special rules once supply begins at the consumer’s request. Depending on the feature and legally required consent, a proportionate charge or loss of a withdrawal right may apply only to the extent permitted by law. Separate remedies remain for faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed services.
Refund, renewal, and cancellation rights vary by state and province. Mandatory rules relating to recurring billing, deceptive practices, unauthorized transactions, service delivery, and available remedies continue to apply.
Statutory consumer guarantees cannot be excluded. When a digital service does not meet an applicable guarantee, available remedies may include resupply, cancellation, price reduction, compensation, or a refund. A change of mind alone may not create a statutory refund, but the EnglishPal voluntary policy may still apply.
Brazilian consumers may have a seven-day right of withdrawal for qualifying online contracts. In Brazil and other countries or regions, any mandatory cooling-off period, conformity guarantee, cancellation right, refund right, or payment remedy applies despite a conflicting limitation in this policy.
EnglishPal may decline a voluntary refund when the two conditions are not met, the payment cannot be verified, the request concerns a free or complimentary benefit, or the circumstances show fraud, manipulation, or repeated use intended to avoid payment.
A voluntary-policy decision does not remove any mandatory right arising from a faulty, unavailable, misdescribed, duplicate, or unauthorized transaction.
Yes. Under the voluntary EnglishPal policy, the request must be received within 24 hours after the relevant payment and fewer than five conversation messages must have been submitted after that payment. Mandatory local law may provide additional rights.
An eligible direct renewal may be reviewed under the same two conditions. The 24-hour period and usage count are measured from the relevant renewal payment.
A text or voice submission that creates a user turn in the EnglishPal conversation service is treated as a conversation message for this policy.
EnglishPal initiates an approved refund through the original payment route. The payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency, and country determine when the credit appears, so the final timing can vary.
The seller shown on the receipt normally controls the refund process. Submit the request through that seller’s account or support route. EnglishPal can assist with account and usage information where appropriate.
Contact support with the payment and service details. Depending on the issue and applicable law, the remedy may include fixing the service, restoring access, providing an extension or credit, reducing the price, cancelling the contract, or issuing a partial or full refund.
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are different actions. Use the billing or seller cancellation route to prevent future renewals, especially when the subscription was purchased through a third party.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request,” or use the support page. Send the request from the account email when possible and include the payment date, amount, plan, and receipt or transaction reference.
